We ship all orders via Australia Post. You'll be notified via email when your package is on its way, and be able to track its progress. Australia Post shipping times estimate 3-4 working days for domestic delivery, and 10 working days for international delivery from metro area to metro area.
Although orders are usually sent either the same or next business day, Made to order items can take up to 3 weeks for us to make, package, and ship.
We also offer local pick up and delivery.
We want you to be 100% comfortable ordering online from us, so we have a flexible returns policy if you need to send your order back.
FULL PRICED ITEMS: If you've bought a full-priced item without using a discount code, you can return your item and choose a full refund (less shipping) .
SALE/ DISCOUNTED ITEMS: If you purchase an item on sale, or using a discount code, we offer exchange only, so you can purchase a different product once your item has been returned.
With all returns we refund /exchange less the initial cost of shipping of your item. This includes items purchased with free shipping. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense.
Returned items must be posted back to us within 10 days of delivery, and arrive back in original condition, unworn and with original tags, or we reserve the right to refuse return.
